Still alone at home. After Joe insisted for a couple of days, I accepted to go out with him for dinner. Today, for me, it was a regular working day, so I went to work (as a guy), got back home and stated to get ready. The previous day, Tuesday, I went to the mall, to my favorite store (Suzy Shier) , to get something new to wear. I ended up getting a new top, and a new pair of pants. These are what I'm wearing in these photos.
I went home, got ready, and went to the place where Joe and I decided to meet, the Denny's on Davie St, from there we would go to another place to have dinner, drinks and talk. We decided to go to the Oasis Pub, right there on Davie St. The Oasis has probably the largest collection of Martinis in Vancouver, so I was happy about that.
We had dinner, I had a couple of drinks (he does not drink), and we talked and talked. After dinner, we walked around and then....... I got back home and took the photos you see here.
December 6, 2002
Friday night, and still Sonia is alone at home. My friend Jaime is coming from Vancouver Island for the weekend. We talked and decided to meet to go out on Friday. I went to work during the day, went back home and started to get ready. She called me to say she was running a little behind schedule, which was good for me, because I was also running late. I got ready, took a couple of pics before leaving, and picked her up at her hotel.
We weren't sure where to go, to we ended up going to the Duff, hoping that we would meet some of our friends there. As we thought, we rant into Stephanie, and met her friend Rachel. We stayed there for a while, and later decided to go to the Odyssey. At the Odyssey, we danced and danced. After the place almost closed, at around 3:00 AM, Rachel took us to the Blenz (coffee). We had drinks there, and then she took us back. I went back home, really tired, and went directly to bed. The next day was going to be the Christmas GNO !
